Green Goddess Garden Salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp fresh mint, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed
1 cucumber, sliced thinly
1 carrot, grated
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped

Directions
•    Puree yogurt, dill, onion, mint, and pepper in a blender. Set aside.
•    Combine spinach, lettuce, peas, cucumber, carrot, and bell peppers in a large bowl.
•    Poor the blended dressing over the vegetables and toss well.
