Whole Grain bread (1)
1 slice lean turkey ham (2)
1 medium egg (2)
1 slice Kraft Velveeta Light (1)
Toast the bread on a medium setting. Both sides should be golden brown.
Spray a large frying pan with nonstick spray and heat over medium.
Add your egg and slice of ham (don't let them touch) and fry for about a minute. The egg should start bubbling on top.
Flip the ham over first. Then, flip the egg without popping the yolk. This is easiest if you loosen all edges of the egg with your spatula first.
It takes only 15-20 seconds to cook the second side of an egg. When it's finished, put the egg on top the dry toast and pop the yolk. Add the ham on top of that. Your cheese goes on last.
