Cottage Cheese Pancakes

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 egg white
1 whole egg
1 cup non-fat buttermilk
1/2 packet of Sweet and Low
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 T wheat germ
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt

Combine in a blender the cottage cheese, egg white, egg, buttermilk, and Sweet and Low.

In a medium bowl, stir together flour, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mix the wet into the dry and cook on a hot greased (Pam) griddle. Delicious!!
