Cabbage and Green Beans with Bacon Bits
1/2 head cabbage
1 T. oil or Smart Balance
1 can green beans, drained
1/2 can chicken broth
1 T. bacon bits Pepper and salt to taste
Cut up the half head of cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Simmer in oil with bacon bits.
Once this is browned, add green beans and broth. Season with pepper and salt. Simmer until
moisture is absorbed.
