Key Lime Pie
1 pkg of Cream Cheese
1 pkg of lime Jello
1 cup hot water
1/3 cup lime juice
1 container of Cool Whip Free
Soften the cream cheese and stir until smooth. Dissolve jello in the hot water, then
slowly add to the cream cheese.
Whip until smooth with hand mixer. Add lime juice. Fold in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate until a little thicker. Stir. Pour into pie shell. Chill until set.
