Chili Chicken
1 small can ripe olives
1 1/2 cup salsa
1 4 oz can green chilies
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed and cut into bite size pieces
1 14 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 14 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Chili powder to taste
Hot pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve as a spicy chili-like soup or, if you are in Phase 2, pour over cooked brown rice.
