Bean Soup

Stock base
3C water
3t beef bouillon
celery
green onion

1 pack of frozen chopped broccoli
2 quarts stewed tomato
2 cans black beans, some mashed, some saved and added whole
fresh parsley
2t cumin
2t coriander
3 slices lo-fat sharp American cheese
hot pepper sauce to taste
pepper

The longer it cooks the better it tastes
