Toss 4 to 6 cups torn mixed greens w/ ¼ cup cleaned and chopped
radish; ¼ cup minced mint leaves mixed with parsley; ¼ cup chopped feta cheese, or more
to taste; and ¼ cup pitted and chopped black olives. Drizzle w/ olive oil and freshly
squeezed lemon juice to taste
