Broccoli Salad
2 lbs fresh broccoli florets -- (2 bunches)
1 small red onionsliced paper-thin
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar substitute (I use Splenda)
1/4 lb turkey bacon crumblesfresh or bacon bits
4 TB white vinegar
Combine the broccoli, onions and set aside. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar substitute, bacon
and vinegar together and pour over the broccoli mixture.
Toss well to coat. Refrigerate and allow flavors to blend for several hours before
serving.
