Mustard Steak
Slice your sirloin into serving sizes. Rub both sides of each steak
with a mixture of garlic salt and black pepper. Spread a coating of dijon mustard using a
pastry brush and prepare steak as usual. I recommend frying it in canola oil spray for 3
minutes on each side, making sure the steak stays pink and juicy in the center.
