Grilled Fresh Tuna w/ Marinade
Serves 6
6 - 1 ¼ inch tuna steaks
2 TB finely minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons finely minced fresh garlic
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup white wine
Combine all ingredients in shallow dish, and marinate tuna for 1 hour, turning several
times. (Do not refrigerate) Grill on outdoor grill, or under the broiler for 3 to 4
minutes per side, basting w/ marinade.
