can (13 ½ oz.) artichoke hearts
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and moisture squeezed out
2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
paprika
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Combine artichokes with spinach, mayo, cheese and garlic
in a large casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.
