Pizza Sauce

1 15-oz can Tomato Sauce
1 6-oz can Tomato Paste
1 ½ tsps garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground thyme
¾ tsp sea salt (or regular salt)

Mix all ingredients together and spread on pizza crust before adding other toppings.

Makes enough for two medium-sized crusts. Adjust the thickness of the sauce to your taste by adding water or more tomato sauce (or paste). Adjust the spices to your taste. We like it fairly mild. If you have fresh spices, so much the better, but these are always in my cupboard, which makes it easy to stir up a batch of sauce quickly for the crusts that we always have baked (barely done) and in the freezer. Makes a pizza faster than you can have one delivered.
