Waffles

1 cup cooked garbanzos
2 eggs
1/2-3/4 c. buttermilk (I used homemade yogurt)
2 T. Splenda (I used fructose)
2 T. oil
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt (omit if using canned garbanzos)

Put the garbanzos, eggs and buttermilk in a blender and blend until smooth.

Remove and put in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beating just until mixed.

Cook in waffle iron on low heat. Enjoy!
