Pea & Ham Soup
Ingredients:
I packet of Ready-to-Use Dried Soup Mix
I packet of fresh soup vegetables (I am lazy so I buy the ready diced vareity)
4 ham steaks, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Put all ingedients in a large pressure cooker and top up with water.
2. Cook for about one hour.
3. Leave to sit for at least a few hours.
4. Stir and reheat when required.
