FRESH VEGETABLE SOUP

2 stalks chopped celery
1 c. barley
1 (16 oz.) canned tomatoes
1 can beef stock
2 onions, sliced
1 can tomato paste
1/2 cabbage, chopped
Salt & pepper

 

Mix ingredients in pot and simmer. Add flour mixed with water to thicken stock and add enough tomato paste for proper color. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
