French Onion Soup
2 onions, thinly sliced
21 ounces of stock (chicken & beef combined)
2 tab flour
1 teas salt
1/4 lb butter
1 cup white wine
Topping
4 slices french bread
olive oil
garlic powder
swiss cheese
parmesan cheese
Cook soup ingredients all together on low heat until onions are soft
Toppings: Oil slices of bread and sprinkle with garlic powder
In each bowl (oven proof) of soup, add bread, swiss cheese & parmesan cheese (to
taste)
Place under broiler to lightly brown cheese
