Chicken and Vegetable Pilaf

Ingredients
1 can (8-1/4 oz.) Sliced Carrots, drained
5 to 6 oz. (about 1 cup) cooked chicken or beef, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 tsp. instant chicken or beef bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. Dried basil, crushed
1 cup instant white rice
1 can (8-1/2 oz.) Sweet Peas, drained

Instructions
1. Combine carrots, chicken bouillon granules, basil and 1 cup water in medium saucepan. Bring to boil.

2. Stir in rice, add peas and remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

3. Stir gently. Sprinkle with sliced green onions, if desired.
