Turkey Corn Chowder
1 parsley sprig, chopped
2 large stalks celery, chopped
2 cups leftover cooked turkey
1 red pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 20-oz can whole kernel corn
1 20-oz can creamed corn
2 14-oz cans chicken broth
Place everything in a large pot and simmer for 1 hour
