Bacon Potato Chowder
8 slices bacon, cut up
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 medium potatoes, peeled
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped parsley
10-1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups milk
salt & pepper

Cook bacon, onion & celery till bacon is lightly browned & vegetables are tender
Pour off drippings
Dice potatoes, add with broth, salt & pepper
Cover & simmer 12-15 minutes or til potatoes are done
Stir in sour cream, milk & parsley; heat through
Serves 6
