Cheesy Chicken Chowder
8 Tbsp. sweet butter
2 cups carrots, shredded
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
4 cups milk
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. white wine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Melt butter in skillet. Add carrots and onions, sauté until tender.
Blend in flour. Add broth and milk. Cook and stir until thick and smooth
Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted.
