1 c. celery
1 c. onions
1 c. carrots
2 cans cream of chicken soup
5 soup cans of water
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 tsp. salt
Chop celery, carrots and onions into small pieces. Add soup
and water and cook until tender. Add flour, milk and butter (dissolve flour in
milk before adding to vegetable mixture). Add cheese, salt and Rotel tomatoes.
You can also add potatoes with the other vegetables and for those who insist
on meat, you can add sausage.
