Southwest Grilled Fish Fillet

Ingredients
1 Van de Kamp's Grilled Lemon Pepper Fillet, frozen
2 tablespoons dry taco seasoning
3/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1-tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon red or yellow bell pepper
1 teaspoon chopped jalepeno pepper (optional)


Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Stir taco seasoning into beans. Spoon bean mixture in casserole dish.

2. Place Van de Kamp's Grilled Lemon Pepper Fillet over beans. Sprinkle chopped vegetables over fillet.

3. Cover casserole. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
