Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister 1-1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed (4 cups) 3 small lemons, each cut into 4 wedges 6 whole grain rolls PREHEAT broiler. Place fish in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spread fish evenly with mayo; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. BROIL, 5 to 6 inches from heat source, 6 to 8 min. or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork, depending on thickness of fish. MEANWHILE, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Cook green beans. Serve fish with stuffing, green beans, lemon wedges and rolls. |
