Place two fish fillets in a foil lined broiler safe dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and coat with a layer of mayonnaise or my favorite,
Kraft Miracle Whip (use 2 or 3 tablespoons to coat the fish). Broil 5 minutes
(7 if frozen) then turn the fillets, coat the other side with mayonnaise,
sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese, and broil another 5 minutes. The cheese
becomes a flavorful "crust". Serve right away. Goes well with
broccoli.
