Blackened Fish
Serves 3.
1-1/2 pound fish fillets
1 cup milk
Blackened Seasoning
3 tablespoons cooking oil
3 tablespoons butter
Cut the fish, if not already, into fillets that are approximately 1/2" thick.
Soak in milk for ~15 minutes then pat both sides down with Blackened seasoning.
Heat oil and butter together in a pan and then sauté fillets for 5 minutes on each
side.
