AEGEAN BAKED FISH
Mix tomato sauce, parsley, garlic, and 2 tablespoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon sauté and the pepper; spoon over fish; sprinkle with 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Cook, uncovered, at 350 degrees until fish flakes easily with fork, 30-40 minutes. Serve on warm platter. Garnish with lemon slices and olives. 10 servings
