Shrimp Melts


Easy and delicious meal Serves 4.
1- 3/4 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
2- 3/4 cup salsa
3- 2 avocados
4- 2 “French bread” style buns, split
5- Monterey Jack cheese

Split buns, peel and slice avocados, and place on open buns.

Saute shrimp in salsa for 4 minutes or until cooked.
Put mixture on top of avocados and sprinkle with cheese.
Broil for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
