Chunky Chicken Salad Sandwich

Pass through the food chopper enough cold cooked chicken
to make 1 and 1/2 cup. Next, pass through chopper, 3 olives,
a strip of green pepper, and 2 hard boiled eggs.
Mix everything together adding 2 teaspoon salsa sauce,
2 tablespoon juice from pickle jar,

3 to 4 table spoons of mayonnaise,
a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and a dash of black pepper.
Blend thoroughly.

Hand mix in ¼ cup diced tomato.

Lay a lettuce leaf on a piece of wheat bread and generously spoon
on some filling. Cover with a slice of white bread and slice diagonally.

*A lightly buttered and oven toasted sliced hoagie roll is also wonderful to use.

Makes 2 to 3 sandwiches
