Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Chicken Patties
Louisianna Hot sauce or favorite hot sauce
Lettuce
Tomato Slices
Buns
Bleu Cheese dressing
Celery


Bake Chicken patties as directed half way through,
remove and spoon about 2 teaspoons hot sauce over one side of patty,
both if you like it hot.
Return to oven to finish baking for the remaining time.

Slice buns and place sliced side up in oven for 2 to 3 minutes on top oven rack,
or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven, lightly butter bottom bun.
Place chicken patty, sliced tomato and lettuce on top.

Spread top bun with mayo or bleu cheese dressing. Serve hot.
