Old people shouldn't eat health foods. They need all the preservatives they can get

HERBED SALAD DRESSING:

1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/8 tsp. salt

In screw-top jar, combine all ingredients.

 Cover and shake well. Makes 1/2 cup
