Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients :
1 tbsp. oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups water
1 pkg. (16oz) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 cups MINUTE White Rice uncooked
Instructions :
1) Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook until set
stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.
2) Add 2 cups water, vegetables, soy sauce and bouillon; bring to
boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in egg. Serve immediately.
