Chicken, Potatoes & Broccoli

Serves 4.
1TB oil
1TB butter
2c potato wedges
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Fully cooked roast chicken
1 bag broccoli florets
Glaze:
1TB honey
1TB lime juice
1/2 tsp ginger

Cook potatoes in oven according to directions on package.
Cook broccoli in pan according to directions on package.
Mix ingredients for glaze and brush on sides of chicken.
Heat in oven or microwave.
Serve with potatoes and broccoli.
