Pork Chops/Cabbage/Potato/Casserole
Grease a large casserole and fill with layers of sliced thin raw potatoes, alternate with thinly sliced onions, and layer thinly sliced cabbage.
Top with 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
Do not add any other liquid
Season the layers lightly with salt and pepper.
Brown pork chops or link sausage and place on top
Bake at 325º for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender
