VENISON CASSEROLE 3

Ingredients:
2 Lbs. venison steaks 1'' strips
Inch strips
Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. Cooking oil
+++veggies sliced 1/4 inch thick+++
3 Potatoes
1 Stalk celery
1 Green pepper
1 Onion
3 Carrots
2 Clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. Marjoram
1/2 tsp Oregano
3 Beef bouillon cubes
3 cups of water
3 tbs. Flour
Procedure:
1. Place meat in casserole, sprinkle with marjoram, oregano, and garlic.
2. Add all vegetables.
3. Combine bouillon with flour, add to dripping in skillet and bring to a boil, stirring.
4. Pour mixture over meat and vegetables.
5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
