VENISON CASSEROLE 2

Recipe for: 12 servings
Ingredients:
1 Lbs. Ground venison
1 Onion chopped
1 pkg. Noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs. Chili powder
1 can Tomato soup
1 can Mushroom soup
1 can Cream-style corn
1 1/2 cups Grated cheese
1 Green pepper chopped
Procedure:
1. Combine the venison, green pepper, and onion in a skillet and cook until brown.
2. Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.
3. Add to the venison mixture.
4. Add the salt, pepper, chili powder, tomato soup, mushroom soup,
cream-style corn, and 1 cup grated cheese; mix well.
5. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
6. Bake at 275 degrees until heated through.
7. Ground beef may be substituted for venison.
