VENISON-VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Celery diced
2 tbs. Green pepper diced
1 cup Diced cooked venison
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tbs. Lemon juice
2/3 cup Water
1/2 cup Cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Onion diced
1 tbs. Butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) can peas drained
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups Cooked rice

Procedure:

1. Bake covered in moderate oven (350 degrees) 1 hour and then uncovered 1/2 hour.
