Sausage Casserole

3-4 strips bacon
Whole Onion, diced or sliced
Polish Sausage 2 links. sliced in small pieces
Yellow Potatoes...4 med
Sweet Potatoes ... 4 med
Mushroom Soup, 1 can
Soup can of Half and Half


Fry up bacon until crisp. Set aside. Cook onion and
sliced polish sausage in small amount of bacon grease.
While sausage cooking peel and slice potatoes.
Mix mushroom soup with half and half.
Crumble bacon to small pieces.

Put bacon, sausage and onions in bottom of casserole dish.
Alternate potatoes on top.
Pour mushroom soup over all.

Bake about 45 minutes (or until potatoes are tender ) at 375 degrees.
