ELFIE''S VENISON CASSEROLE 2

Recipe for: 1 9x9 pan

Ingredients:


1 Lbs. Ground venison or beef
1 sm Onion
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 pkg. Frozen french fries
1 Pepper

Procedure:

1. Dice onion & mix with ground meat & pepper to taste.
2. Press into the bottom of a 9x9'' pan.
3. Mix together the two cans of soup - do *not* dilute with water.
4. Spread mixture over the meat.
5. Cover entire surface generously with frozen french fries.
