Ranch Stew

1 pound ground beef
1 green pepper, diced
Salt to taste
1 medium onion, diced
One 16-ounce can tomatoes
One 16-ounce can whole kernel corn
One 16-ounce can red kidney beans
Scant teaspoon chili powder


Sauté ground beef, onion, and green pepper until beef is fully cooked;

add tomatoes, corn, and kidney beans.

Season to taste with salt and scant teaspoon of chili powder.
Cook slowly until thick.
