Healthy lasagna
8 oz low-fat ricotta cheese
4 oz low-fat mozzarella cheese
1 box lasagna noodles
16 oz fresh spinach
16 oz spaghetti sauce
8 oz silken tofu.
Mix Ricotta and tofu together in a large bowl. Tear up spinach
and add it also. Mix well. Cover bottom of a large baking dish
with sauce and layer of noodles. Top with mixture, add layer of
sauce, noodles, mixture, and keep repeating until you add it also.
Top with mozzarella.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes at 350F.
Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes more.
Can add browned ground lean beef
