Peppy Chili
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup Hormel pepperoni slices, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1 (14-1/2 oz. ) can diced tomatoes
1 (16oz.) can kidney beans
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef and pepperoni,
stirring until meat is brown. Drain off excess fat; season to taste.
Stir in chili seasoning, undrained tomatoes, and undrained beans.
bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat and cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Ladle chili into bowls.
Garnish with sour cream, chopped onions, and grated cheddar cheese,
over cooked rice, or spaghetti, if desired.
