Football Chili
3 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage links
1 large onion, diced
3 (16 oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 (14 oz) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
4 cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz) can tomato paste
6 Tbsp chili powder
4 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
4 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tsp red pepper sauce
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 cans Bush's chili hot beans
Cook and stir hamburger, onion, and garlic in skillet until
hamburger is light brown; drain. Brown sausage in same skillet.
Combine in a 8 qt. saucepan the tomatoes with liquid and remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hr.
