TOM'S HOTDOG CHILI

1 1/2 - 2 # ground beef, (brown in pot)
Pour off grease
Add 1-cup onions until wilted
Add 1- 12oz. Can of tomato sauce
(2 cans water)
Add 1-cup ketchup
Add 3 tbls chili powder
Add 2 tbls Cajun powder
1 tsp salt
Simmer 1 hour on low heat or until
desired thickness.
You can pour into Styrofoam cups and
cool, or put
into Ziploc bags to freeze for later
use.
