Elfie's BBQ VENISON MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
3 Lbs. Venison ground
1 lb. Sausage ground
***Mix together with: ***
1 sleave of Ritz Crackers crushed
2 Eggs
3 Bottles of Open Pit or any thin BBQ sauce
Pour in bowl. Add in
5 1/2 cups Maple syrup (the real stuff works great)
3/4 Of a crouet of Italian dressing (not creamy reg. italian )
3 cups Of apple cider (personally I like hard cider in it )
2 tbs. Italian Seasoning
1 tbs. Of garlic powder
Juice from 1/2 of an orange
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/2 tsp. Of tabasco for taste
Procedure:
1. Mix all together add meatballs put in fridge and let sit overnight to marinate .
2. day 2 put everything in crock pot sauce and meatballs and put on low for 2 to 3 hrs
until hot.
3. serve with noodles or rice or just as they are great for party or any time give
it a try sounds gross but its pretty good.
