Soy Thai Chicken

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup Soy Chinese Marinade
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup old fashioned peanut butter, (drain excess oil)

Mix the Soy Vay Chinese Marinade, garlic and peanut butter until smooth.

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and stir into sauce.
Wrap pieces individually in heavy duty foil, folding on all sides.
Arrange on a cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
