Southwest Caesar Chicken
2/3 cup Caesar Ranch Mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless chicken
1. Combine mayonnaise, water, juice and cumin in bowl.
2. Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken until no longer pink in center.
3. Stir in mayonnaise mixture; simmer and stir 2 minutes.
