Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream
Serves 6.
1- 1 package chipped dried beef OR 1/2 lbs salt-free ham
2- 6 chicken breast, boned, skinned, and split
3- 6 slices bacon
4- 8 oz carton sour cream
5- 1 can mushroom soup
6- 1 can cream of chicken soup
7- parsley
Place dried beef or ham in the bottom of casserole dish (9X13 pan). Wrap the chicken in
bacon strips and arrange on the beef/ham. Mix the soup and sour cream. Pour over the
chicken and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Take off the foil after about an
hour. Serve the gravy over rice.
