BBQ PORK SPARERIBS
Sprinkle ribs with
garlic powder and any other dry seasoning you like. Wrap ribs in heavy-duty tin foil.
It's
best to use wood instead of coals, but coals will do (the wood smoke gives it a better
flavor).
Cook
for approximately 1-2 hours, turning over every half hour. Make sure not to have ribs
directly over flame and check after 30 minutes to see how they are doing.
The finished product will be falling off the bone tender.
