Pepper Steak

1 to 1 1/2 lbs top round steak
1 large green pepper (or use 1/3 each, yellow, red and green for added color)
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/2 tespoon ground ginger
1/4 cup water

Cut steak into strips, about 1/2 inch wide. add to hot oil. Cut geen pepper into chunks.
Cut onion into medium size strips. Heat Wok or large frying pan on high heat, add oil.
Add steak, stir gently, when steak browns, move to the outer edges of pan and
add green pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger.

Mix water, soy sauce and cornstarch. add to meat mixture.

Vegetables should be tender-crisp. Serve over hot rice.
